I sent a request for an upgrade. I bought Basics but quickly found I need Complete. I got a email back with a link to sign a quote request. Which I did. I expected an invoice to pay for the upgrade but never got it. Repeated emails yielded no response, not even from the original sender. I just spent 2hrs on hold, before their system dropped my call.
How do I get thru to Bluebeam? I'm trying to give them more money and I don't understand why they ghost their customers.
