I am looking for a solution to put a bulleted list in comments.
If you mean comments in the Bluebeam Markups List:
You could use the key strokes DASH. SPACE. [type comment]. RETURN. (repeat for each comment) in any individual comment window, OR
You could type a new comment/reply for each comment - this would maximize your coordination and collaboration options for each one, rather than limiting the interaction by grouping all the comments together.
