How to export markup values into corresponding MS Excel cells?

I have an excel sheet pre-built for takeoffs and would like to retain usage of this. How do I directly export the markup values gathered from Revu into their corresponding cells within my spreadsheet?

You can use Quantity Link to connect directly to Excel but this does have its issues.  The best way I find of getting information into a spreadsheet is to export the full Markup List to a CSV file then use this within Excel in one of two ways: -

*  Copy & paste the CSV file into your Excel spreadsheet and then use formulas to allocate the information; or 
*   Use Power Query in Excel to find the CSV file, import the info into your spreadsheet and then manipulate that data in an endless amount of different ways.
