I do concrete takeoffs in polylengths to get LF of wall. The markup is often 30-50 units of thickness. It would be nice to apply a concrete hatching to the line to make it more visually appealing. The current options of making the line different kinds of dashed are not very exciting.
Hi, @Phillip Roemer , you can create a similar effect with a custom line style.
I like @Ali Shrih's idea. You can also make your custom line with several vectors to make it look less repetitive. That's how I made my Sketchy Line.
Those snapping and scaling options seem interesting to me. What cases would you want to or not want to use those toggles? I work in commercial electrical construction so we mostly just indicate conduit runs and equipment placement, so this feature seems to have limited but potential uses for us.
@bcostlow the snapping and scaling in the Line Style Editor only affect the vector (hatch pattern in this case) being drawn in this box.
