Thought I'd share my method of calculating velocities/pressure drops/etc across ductwork and pipework using Bluebeam. See screenshot attached. Some minor improvements to Bluebeam could take this to the next level:

to be able to move labels with more precision (when you hold shown the shift key you can move labels but they never quite end up where the mouse cursor is)
multi line labels - would be great if "enter" could be added into labels to break lines
line width function of input value - polyline sketch to scale taking formula to set line width would be awesome
copy/paste custom attributes similar to format painter
