I went to make a suggestion to help improve the app, but the new process has made me not want to help.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We totally get that changes can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, and we appreciate you wanting to help us improve. Posting suggestions here in the community has some perks, though!

Team and Peer Feedback: Your ideas get noticed by both the Product team and other community members.
Upvotes Matter: When others upvote your suggestions, it helps us see what’s most important to focus on next.
Better Organization: Tagging your suggestions helps us keep things organized and makes it easier to track.
Direct Replies: Product Managers can jump in, respond directly, and ask questions to really nail down how to make improvements.

But we want to make sure this process works for you. What did you like better about the old suggestion form on suggestions.bluebeam.com? Your feedback can help us tweak things to make it better.

It was easier to make suggestion, less pages visited for trying help
