Upvotes Matter: When others upvote your suggestions, it helps us see what’s most important to focus on next.
Better Organization: Tagging your suggestions helps us keep things organized and makes it easier to track.
Direct Replies: Product Managers can jump in, respond directly, and ask questions to really nail down how to make improvements.

It was easier to make suggestion, less pages visited for trying help
