Measure tool bug

Sometimes when I am using the measure tool, if I am working too quickly, the first click ends up being a tiny click & drag and results in a non-sense tiny measurement. Please disable click& drag measurements or give me the option to disable it. I always click & click for my measurements so the click & drag functionality only acts as an annoyance for me.

Alert attendee log
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
