3d Scanning and using screen shots for Rapid Ortho style As-Built drawings

i have been playing with the idea of using my iPhone to 3d Scan then rotate the image to take screenshots for rapid orthographic type drawings to be used in bluebeam

putting something in the image for setting it to scale would be a good idea

does anyone else have any suggestions?
