When comparing a set of drawings side by side either on the same screen or separate screens, add an option to quickly swap the views. Maybe if you drag the view tab and hover over the other one for 3 seconds it will change to 'swap' instead of 'move' mode when you release the mouse button.

In the middle of showing someone how to do a material take off and used the incorrect custom tool. Went to match properties and it does of course change the aesthetics but doesnt change the name, etc. This would be a huge time saver especially if you have done a Curb and Gutter take off at 1000' + with curves. :)
