Shortcut Key to call last tool/last command
Hello there ! Most software used by designers (Autocad, Rhino etc) have a last command shortcut. Spacebar by default for Autocad for example. Process: Use a command, do something else (move around, switch to another software etc), press the shortcut for last command, get back to what you were doing That would be really…

Signing up for bluebeam community
When signing up for Bluebeam community, you have mandatory inputs with fixed answers. None of them applied in my case, but there was no 'other' option.

Inherited Authorship When Copying Comments to a Session PDF
Our workflow in our office often has us copying comments from one PDF into another PDF in a session. However, we lose all authorship information of the comments with the person copying over the comments inheriting the comments. Is there any way to maintain the author of the comments when copying those into a session?

Reply to Comment Pop Out
Is there any way you can make the reply to a comment on a PDF "pop out" when you hover over it rather than have to search for it in the markups list?

United Kingdom metric measurement for square metres is 'm2' and not 'sq m', Can I alter?
Hello everyone, I am trying to see if I can change the default metric area measurement label on the system from 'sq m' to a familiar 'm2' label here in the UK. All the instructions, videos online, help searches are silent on the matter. Also been in touch with Tech Support and they were unable to help and suggested I reach…

Batch sign minimum signature size
Refer INC0935646. It seems that BB has a minimum signature size of about 23 mm x x12 mm (If one uses a real small .png signature image). When this is resized the minimum size changes to 17 mm x 17 mm. Manual single signatures do not appear to have this limitation. We have signature boxes on drawings that are 8 mm long by 3…

Checklist
It would be great to have a way to use a saved checklist that utilizes the search feature so keywords are automatically marked. This would be very useful in specification manuals and contract documents.

Flip Markup of Chosen Axis
Flip horizontally and vertically work really well when your markup is 'square' to the drawing, but it would be extremely useful to be able to select an axis or edge and then flip the item for other markups.

Paste All Features from Tool in Tool Chest
Instead of just being able to paste the formats from a tool saved in the tool chest it would be really handy to be able to paste the main features e.g. Format, Subject, Layer, etc.. This way, if you use the wrong tool or something changes, you can quickly change the markup that you've already completed without either…

Mirror feature
Hello, I've been doing takeoffs/markups on some projects that have large rooms that have the same quantities in them but the features are "mirrored" from one side of the room to the other. The "flip horizontal/vertical" for my markups kind of works, but not in the same way that i'd like it to work. similar to what Revit…

Rotate page buttons
To rotate pages, it would be nice to have a button for rotate right and a separate button for rotate left. We rotate pages in our office regularly and going into a menu for it is just a pain and highly time consuming with how often we do it.

Excel Integration - Add info to a mark up
There is already integration with excel, with bluebeam being the source. Having a connection where the markup list is editable within excel would be extremely useful for associating data with markups. The markup list, and columns would effectively synch to an excel sheet, in which they could be edited and it would synch…

Batch Signature Field Placement
My company typically requires signature fields to be placed at a specific size and location on drawings/documents. At this time, we are accomplishing this by utilizing script with Adobe Pro, and then using Batch Sign & Seal for each user to sign. Would love to see a batch function developed that accurately places signature…
