Hello, has anyone got a good and efficient workflow along with integrated cloud IT system for users redlining intelligent PIDs using BlueBeam but then easily and efficiently updating the master intelligent P&IDs in native intelligent P&ID software like from Hexagon, Aveva, Bentley, AutoDesk, Siemens, etc? Noting…
I am using Bluebeam for last 15yrs. This is a very useful tool to run our projects smoothly. The tools like Overlay. compare, dimesnion scale, search etc. are very much useful
Hi there, We have been experiencing issues with Bluebeam Revu x64 Extreme and the version is 20.3.15 that is connected to CityView. When we have markups or add stamps onto the drawings, once the drawings have been flattened the markups are moved and the stamps are cut in half. Any ideas on a resolution. Thanks.
Hi! When trying to batch compare two folders using the command "Batch/Compare Documents…" I can't understand how to use the "Match Filter" to get Revu to match the files: file1 = CP-003073-Prel - BOM.pdf file2 = CP-004006-Prel - BOM.pdf The file names start with "CP-" and then a number. This substring should be ignored…
Is there a way to select only certain pages/sections in the document? Sometimes I need to view only a section of a large document so I have to scroll to specific pages/sections which can be very time consuming. The entire document is needed but would like the ability to only select particular pages/sections at a time
How can I combine two files with markings in different scales, so the outcome would be a list with markings in only one scale?
Hi all, I use layers & configurations for phasing plans and other things. One thing I've been wanting to do is export those configurations to something that can be flipped through like a multi=page pdf or ppt or other presentation mode. Anyone know how I can accomplish this?
Is there a way to initiate a dialogue box to navigate pages? The reason I ask is using Adobe I have a macro assigned to ctrl+shift+n (dialogue box seen below) which opens a "Go To Page" window in Adobe. From there I can simply input the numbers on my num pad and off I go, no mouse movement needed. I have considered making…
Is there a way to remove multiple projects from list instead of clicking one by one and choose "remove from list" option? Tried reset Bluebeam but the list did not get reset As review agency, our project list can get long pretty soon, and we need to clean it periodically to be able to find the project needed easily. But…

Please add folders within sessions for document organization. This will make navigating to the documents within a session cleaner and easier as documents within a session can add up and be cumbersome to have to search through to find what the user is trying to open. This feature would be greatly appreciated by all. Thank…
Hi all, my name is Aily, and I'm the Manager of Customer Education at Bluebeam - nice to meet you! I want to learn how you prefer to train, onboard, or up-skill your internal employees on everything Bluebeam, so I can make sure we're allocating the right resources to the right kinds of training (aka help me help you!). If…
On the Bluebeam website, under "Resources" > "Need an older version of Revu?" there is only v20 and older. This needs new options, like v21.6. Currently the need for this is high, because v21.7 has a highly annoying "new feature" while drawing polylines, areas and contour and area measurement. Something goes visually wrong…
I just installed version 21.4 this morning on a second work machine, and encountered the common problem of Print to Bluebeam being broken during install. I resolved the problem using the following steps (Windows 11, 64 bit). I have admin privileges, so make sure you can make such changes before starting. I can't guarantee…
While I wait for the influx of new members from the PHX/NorCal bug webinar I thought I'd ask about your experience with making custom hatches and line styles in Bluebeam (the topic of the webinar). There were some great examples of custom hatches and lines that made a lot of sense for those users. One was a civil office…
If you've ever had to place a symbol on a drawing more than three times, you've probably wondered, "I wish I didn't have to keep clicking on the symbol every time I want to place it." I have great news for you 😀 The Reuse Tools option keeps that tool selected for placing as many instances of a symbol as you need! There are…
Did you know that double-clicking a Bluebeam Revu Profile (.bpx file) automatically opens Revu and imports the profile for you? This is the quickest and easiest way to have a User import a Profile. It is a very low impact for our non-technical friends and co-workers. 😅 It is much better than explaining how to click the…
I should be able to post a link here and have it take you to a Bluebeam session and a specific file within it. http:// (session URL) / file I should be able to link to a markup even as well. Why isn't this in Bluebeam yet? It's so frustrating that we (in multiple workplaces I've been at) have to say "hey folks we posted…
I would like another option for locking that allows for a shapes dimensions to be locked, but still be able to move the shape / sketch around. An example of this would be a toggle for "dimension lock" where I could trace the outline of a building and rotate / move it around a site or property without accidentally changing…
I have used BlueBeam Revu to create piping isometric drawings. However, this process takes a very long time and is painstaking because currently Revu only allows you to snap to 45° or 90°. If there was an option to turn on snapping to 15° increments, it would allow for much cleaner and faster creation/marking up of piping…
