I am currently using a rounding feature to get my width and height to 1/16 precision, however i want to build on that rounded width with a block width. This would need to "roundup or ceiling" function from my rounded variable to the next even inch. Example (24.625 = 26.000) or (23.625 = 24.000) roundup is not a valid…

I am trying to finish a session, but when I click on the case name and it drops down a "finish session" tab, the tab is grayed out and it cannot be clicked. what am I missing or doing wrong?
In consulting and in my current role as a fabricator, I draw/sketch a lot of connection details. I've started creating a tool set of shape sections, but it's tedious. I'd also like to create elevations of shapes that I can shorten and lengthen that are also to scale. For the elevation, it's proving to be difficult. A wide…
When I try to open an Australian Standard document from SAI Global in Bluebeam it says "This page is protected. This document is compatible with Adobe Reader DE, Adobe DE, PDF-Exchange". Any workarounds for those that prefer to use Bluebeam? From the SAI Global website - https://www.saiglobal.com/online/Help/Index Can I…
While taking piping lenier diameter length I could not make exact pointer on the pipe segment
When you need to take a snap of a portion of a pdf to prepare a new pdf document then it is always better to use the tool Snapshot (keyboard shortcut G) rather than taking Printscreen. By this we can avoid blurring of the snap / image.
I have a AutoCAD drawing of our LAB Layout. I use this to create a PDF Called LAB MAP to show the areas and who they belong to. I created a SPACE for each different LAB area and saved the PDF. Each area has it's own Color to show who has what space. Now I made changes to the Org AutoCAD drawing and saved a NEW PDF Map. How…

Please add folders within sessions for document organization. This will make navigating to the documents within a session cleaner and easier as documents within a session can add up and be cumbersome to have to search through to find what the user is trying to open. This feature would be greatly appreciated by all. Thank…
Hi all, my name is Aily, and I'm the Manager of Customer Education at Bluebeam - nice to meet you! I want to learn how you prefer to train, onboard, or up-skill your internal employees on everything Bluebeam, so I can make sure we're allocating the right resources to the right kinds of training (aka help me help you!). If…
On the Bluebeam website, under "Resources" > "Need an older version of Revu?" there is only v20 and older. This needs new options, like v21.6. Currently the need for this is high, because v21.7 has a highly annoying "new feature" while drawing polylines, areas and contour and area measurement. Something goes visually wrong…
I just installed version 21.4 this morning on a second work machine, and encountered the common problem of Print to Bluebeam being broken during install. I resolved the problem using the following steps (Windows 11, 64 bit). I have admin privileges, so make sure you can make such changes before starting. I can't guarantee…
While I wait for the influx of new members from the PHX/NorCal bug webinar I thought I'd ask about your experience with making custom hatches and line styles in Bluebeam (the topic of the webinar). There were some great examples of custom hatches and lines that made a lot of sense for those users. One was a civil office…
If you've ever had to place a symbol on a drawing more than three times, you've probably wondered, "I wish I didn't have to keep clicking on the symbol every time I want to place it." I have great news for you 😀 The Reuse Tools option keeps that tool selected for placing as many instances of a symbol as you need! There are…
Did you know that double-clicking a Bluebeam Revu Profile (.bpx file) automatically opens Revu and imports the profile for you? This is the quickest and easiest way to have a User import a Profile. It is a very low impact for our non-technical friends and co-workers. 😅 It is much better than explaining how to click the…
I should be able to post a link here and have it take you to a Bluebeam session and a specific file within it. http:// (session URL) / file I should be able to link to a markup even as well. Why isn't this in Bluebeam yet? It's so frustrating that we (in multiple workplaces I've been at) have to say "hey folks we posted…
I would like another option for locking that allows for a shapes dimensions to be locked, but still be able to move the shape / sketch around. An example of this would be a toggle for "dimension lock" where I could trace the outline of a building and rotate / move it around a site or property without accidentally changing…
I have used BlueBeam Revu to create piping isometric drawings. However, this process takes a very long time and is painstaking because currently Revu only allows you to snap to 45° or 90°. If there was an option to turn on snapping to 15° increments, it would allow for much cleaner and faster creation/marking up of piping…
