Is there a way to have different default markup settings? For example sometimes I am looking at 8.5x11 documents and other times I am looking at 30x42 drawings, so I often have to adjust my font sizes every time I switch between the two. Or sometimes I want my comments to be in blue while marking up a drawing set whileā¦
Is there any option to add or use Hebrew and Arabic language in Bluebeam in the language option? Can anyone help for a solution?

I have several symbols that I've created for use in a Tool Chest. Is it possible to give the symbols a drop down selection box which I can define? i.e. Having a drop down menu to select if the symbol is a recessed device or a surface fix device.
I want to be able to have some editable text in a Tool Chest Legend. Is this possible? I.e. I am trying to produce a legend of symbols A, B & C. I would like to add text in the legend to say thet symbol A = red colour device, symbol B = yellow device etc.

Hello, I am switching to a new laptop for work and I am trying to figure out how to get the pen and highlighter cursor to reflect what I had from my old laptop. The cursor for the Pen on my old laptop is a black outline of the pen while on the new laptop it is simply a dot. The cursor for the Highlighter on my old laptopā¦

How can I edit markup properties in Bluebeam Cloud? Using Chrome browser. The documentation states: "When you select a markup in a drawing, the Markup Editor appears and allows you to customize the appearance of the selected markup. The options available will be different depending on the type of markup selected."ā¦
I am a new user with very limited experience: I am looking to highlight the flow path along a piping and instrumentation diagram and capture a list of piping and components that appear along highlighted "route". If this is possible, someone please point me in the right direction. Additionally, I would like to do the aboveā¦

Please add folders within sessions for document organization. This will make navigating to the documents within a session cleaner and easier as documents within a session can add up and be cumbersome to have to search through to find what the user is trying to open. This feature would be greatly appreciated by all. Thankā¦

On the Bluebeam website, under "Resources" > "Need an older version of Revu?" there is only v20 and older. This needs new options, like v21.6. Currently the need for this is high, because v21.7 has a highly annoying "new feature" while drawing polylines, areas and contour and area measurement. Something goes visually wrongā¦
I just installed version 21.4 this morning on a second work machine, and encountered the common problem of Print to Bluebeam being broken during install. I resolved the problem using the following steps (Windows 11, 64 bit). I have admin privileges, so make sure you can make such changes before starting. I can't guaranteeā¦
While I wait for the influx of new members from the PHX/NorCal bug webinar I thought I'd ask about your experience with making custom hatches and line styles in Bluebeam (the topic of the webinar). There were some great examples of custom hatches and lines that made a lot of sense for those users. One was a civil officeā¦
If you've ever had to place a symbol on a drawing more than three times, you've probably wondered, "I wish I didn't have to keep clicking on the symbol every time I want to place it." I have great news for you š The Reuse Tools option keeps that tool selected for placing as many instances of a symbol as you need! There areā¦
Did you know that double-clicking a Bluebeam Revu Profile (.bpx file) automatically opens Revu and imports the profile for you? This is the quickest and easiest way to have a User import a Profile. It is a very low impact for our non-technical friends and co-workers. š It is much better than explaining how to click theā¦
I should be able to post a link here and have it take you to a Bluebeam session and a specific file within it. http:// (session URL) / file I should be able to link to a markup even as well. Why isn't this in Bluebeam yet? It's so frustrating that we (in multiple workplaces I've been at) have to say "hey folks we postedā¦
I would like another option for locking that allows for a shapes dimensions to be locked, but still be able to move the shape / sketch around. An example of this would be a toggle for "dimension lock" where I could trace the outline of a building and rotate / move it around a site or property without accidentally changingā¦
I have used BlueBeam Revu to create piping isometric drawings. However, this process takes a very long time and is painstaking because currently Revu only allows you to snap to 45° or 90°. If there was an option to turn on snapping to 15° increments, it would allow for much cleaner and faster creation/marking up of pipingā¦
