BUGs are a community-led platform for AECO professionals to connect, network, and knowledge-share with their country, local, and like-minded peers.
I was reviewing old posts and noticed that an old comment with my old user name was not updated when I updated my BBID name. Clicking on the old name takes you to a user not found page. My initial comment converted to my name so I thought this was strange. Found in the tips and tricks post
I thought there was a bit of friction to find my home BUG within the Community site since I didn't see it listed anywhere for quick access until I saw the Quick Links > Groups button takes you to a new page with your groups listed at the top. Since the Quick Links are on every page, I decided to change my question into a…
I'm not sure it matters but can the time limit to edit comments be extended? Generally, 24 hours is enough but I want to clean up my "introduce yourself" post but the time has passed. Other times I need to fix a typo and may not notice it until the next day. Thoughts?
TIL you can make your images float left or right (centered by default). You can also change the size from small to medium to large. This is helpful to know when trying to explain something with pictures or introducing yourself (hint, hint) What other features have you discovered about this platform?
Often when I'm typing in the "body" of my post and quickly hit the backspace, the body field disappears. Any idea why? And is there a way to bring it back without losing the content? If I "save draft" the body of the draft is empty.
What's the difference between the Discussion, Question, and Idea options for new posts? I mean I get the meaning of the words but from a functional point of view, what difference is there? Are they tagged or classified differently? Will they be color-coded or searchable? Are they only available based on the topic category…
It seems we can hide everyone's signatures or just the images within their signatures. Is this correct?
It seems that we can't see who likes our posts/comments (or I haven't figured it out). Is that intentional and can it be changed? I'm not sure I need to know who likes what's said, I was just surprised it wasn't visible.
Do you like signatures? What makes a good signature? Will you hide signatures?
let"S get it going

This just in… I've been bothering people here for a year now. :-)
It'd be nice to have a search bar for the emojis, rather than scrolling through the list. Just a thought.
@Luke Shiras, Just received my copy of your grandmothers book as you alluded to in one of your posts. Can't wait to read it. Thanks for letting us know about it. Randy
Providing a profile pic is a great way to express yourself and make it easier for others to identify who's in a discussion. But maybe it wasn't intuitive how to update your profile pic. There's a few steps to get there but here's a direct link to the page where you can edit your profile pic. I look forward to seeing all of…
Excited to be here and help push the boundaries of the BB community.
Would it be possible to have an RSVP directly on the Events portion within the Community? This would help ✅Provide an immediate RSVP (bonus if we could add options beyond "yes, no" and add "In-person, virtual" if those are being offered) 🗓️Add a link for people to download the event to their calendar ⏩Forward the event to…
