How do I keep specific layers from printing?
When I turn off a layer and save my drawing, the layer still appears in the pdf I want to print or send to someone. I've tried unchecking the Print checkbox, but that doesn't do anything.
The only way is to delete the layer. That kind of defeats the purpose of having layers.

Hi - Could you please confirm the version of Bluebeam Revu you are using? (Revu —> About). Assuming you are on the latest version, can you also confirm you are printing the document and not exporting? There is a checkbox for print and export both as you've probably seen. As long as the specified markups you are trying to hide are assigned to the correct layer and the print option for that layer has been turned off, those markups should not be visible when you are printing the marked up document.

I am on Version 21.3.
I am merely saving the document after I do my markups. I have both the Print and Export boxes unchecked.
However, now that I see your comment I tried doing a Print to a new PDF file and the layer I unchecked is now not visible. This process will work. When I create the new PDF from the Print process I'll just name it appropriately.
