As an engineering subcontractor (Test and Balance), our processes may differ from most Engineers, but we do a WIDE variety of functions within Revu:

    1. Color coding ductwork
    2. Labeling and sequencing HVAC systems
    3. Overlays (custom, cannot use overlay function built into Revu do to the creation of a separate file)
    4. Slip Sheeting revisions to a master takeoff set
    5. Creation of custom forms with Room/Grille Layout with form fields to collect data. JavaScript.
      1. Import / Export form data and markups year to year for annual verifications
    6. Estimating using counts. Occasional use of Search for symbols and apply count. Legends.
    7. Batch Hyperlinking
    8. Export Table Data
    9. Searching Archived reports
    10. Studio Projects

There's probably more, but those are the major, almost every day kind of items.

We use Bluebeam Revu for many different functions, including:

    a. Document Management
    b. Markup and QAQC
    c. Collaboration
    d. Some QTO (Quantity Take Off)

We heavily rely on Studio Sessions for deep team collaboration and quality control reviews. Best part of that is we are all on the same page saving Time and 💲! There are so many features in Bluebeam Revu that people need to discover and use!
