Hello. We use Calibri Light as a default font in documents. Often (yet, not always) when we go into the PDF to make a quick fix of a typo, the Calibri Light font is not supported (receive pop-up). However, within typewriter, etc., Calibri Light is a recognized font. What might be the reason that text editor doesn't recognize the font? Documents are created from Microsoft product line and using the Bluebeam add-in to create the PDF file.

Have you tried
- Font Embedding: When creating PDFs, fonts can be embedded or not. If Calibri Light isn’t embedded in the PDF, Bluebeam might not recognize it for editing.
- Font Type: Bluebeam Revu supports TrueType (.ttf) and OpenType (.otf) fonts. Ensure that Calibri Light is one of these types and is installed correctly on your system.
- Font Location: The font file needs to be saved in the correct location on your computer. For Windows, this is typically the
%SystemRoot%\fonts
folder. - PDF Creation Settings: The settings used when creating the PDF with the Bluebeam add-in might affect font embedding. Check the settings to ensure that fonts are being embedded properly during PDF creation.
- Bluebeam Revu Version: Ensure you’re using a version of Bluebeam Revu that supports the fonts you need. Sometimes, updating to the latest version can resolve compatibility issues.
