Double click while panning to zoom extents of page

Please add a method that will allow you to double click while panning to zoom to the extents of the page. This should not change the view mode, just the zoom level. It could also be set up such that if you are zoomed to extents if you double click it will zoom into the previous zoom level with the view centered on the cursor. This will let us very quickly see the overall page and zoom in/out on areas and details of interest.

Is the first part of this not the double clicking of the mouse wheel to view the full extent of the page?
