My go-to Bluebeam feature is the Alt + Z shortcut to autosize a text box! Shoutout to Nate Harris (Bluebeam Customer Manager) who came to our office and took the time to show many of us some cool tricks like that!

Another cool feature (not my go-to because I don't use it often… but a secret level I unlocked with Nate's guidance) is how to embed 360-degree photos into a document! Embedded Markup Media

Tool Chest – frequently used markups for quick access.

Measurement Tools – Great for accurate takeoffs.

Calibrate & Scale – For accurate dimensions in drawings.

Search via Picture of any fixture (say from Plumbing drawing (Funnel Floor Drain or Floor Drain or Clean out etc).

Compare Documents / Overlay Pages - foremen, project managers, etc. often come to me wondering how to find what changed from one drawing to the next or from one floor to the next. overlay and compare are my two go-to features for getting the the answers they seek.

My personal favorites are the tool chest and profiles. It's a lot of fun creating custom and powerful tools for folks throughout the company to use in supercharging their workflows. We don't use studio very much but I have a feeling it would move to the top if we did.
