Batch Sign and Seal - Image 1:1 with actual image size for Seal Image

We use batch sign and seal for Engineer of Record signing and sealing Engineering documents. We try to use the image in the Signature for the Engineers Stamp/Seal - so they can sign and seal it in the same step. However, we've noticed that the scale of the image changes and isn't necessarily dependent on the size of the actual seal - so a seal that should be 1" in Diam vs 1.5" in dia end up coming into the drawing at the same size. It would be really helpful if this could just be set to be the actual size of the image which is always scaled correctly.
