Free Trial to Core Subscription issues

Hi.

I trialled the free version about 6 months ago. On Friday I purchased a subscription to Core. I am unable to login, be authenticated have res.

I have reset my password, tried a different browser, quit the app, reinstalled the app, all to no avail.

Any suggestions?
