Can users access different Bluebeam Servers?

The majority of our staff are based in the US, and we use a US Bluebeam Server.

However, we do have offices outside of the US and we recently had a staff member get an invitation to a Studio Session that is based in the bluebeamstudio.co.uk server that they can't seem to access.

Can any Bluebeam user access any Studio server? Or, does our company need to provide special access to our staff?

Hey @Carina ! I think your staff would just need to register and create a login for Studio UK since each server is separate. However, it won't have access to documents/files from different regions.

Also heard back from Bluebeam Support:

It is not currently possible to access other Studio Servers and maintain paid access. You can create a Bluebeam ID in other regions in order to log into those regions but you will only have Read-only access.

I was poking around for something else and came across this in the Preference settings. Seems relevant to this issue.
