Markup dimension on the member line

When I measure any member, the dimension line is not on the member line, as shown in the image.
I want this markup dimension to mention the green circle should be on the W8x18 member line.
please suggest me.

@SBAGRA, you can label the measurement and also display the label by editing the caption. See screenshot below.

You don't understand my question, I want to say that, when I measure any member length, the measured should be come on the member line, like as given in the image.

It sounds like @SBAGRA wants the dimension to land on the line being measured. I assume they want this to occur automatically.
