How could I place the Markup tool on my Bluebeam (like the one shown in the attached picture, from a different user)?.

    What version of Revu are you and the other user running? This is my screen from Revu 21 "Complete". Other levels include Core, CAD, Extreme, etc.

    I use the Product: Bluebeam Revu x64 Standard

    Version: 18.6.0
