Area markup measurement adjustments

Be able to adjust area markup sizes by entering new size in a "scale dimensions" box instead of doing it through the "Document Width & Document Height" fields. This would be for adjusting area markups precisely instead of dragging for approximate dimensions.

To clarify, you want to make an area shape (100sf) and be able to resize it (scale up or down) so it keeps its shape but gets bigger or smaller so that the area equals the value entered (110sf), correct?
I like that idea.

Yes, but for my work to be able to independently change the width & height, not necessarily keep the shape the same.
