SSO SAML Support?
Hello,
We have 180+ Bluebeam Revu licenses and would like to utilize Single Sign On to manage the user list. Not only will this help our users easily sign into Revu, it will also increase security as our users won't need to create a remember yet another username/password combination.
Our issue here is: We are unable to use Bluebeam's default SSO methods as we are only setup to use SAML and Bluebeam "does not yet support SAML". Their support page has said this from Day 1, and no updates have been given and Support has not been able to provide a clear answer on this either.
As a result of this, we have been holding back on deploying Revu 21 as we really would like to use SSO to manage the named user licenses.
My request:
Ideally: Commit to supporting SAML and provide a timeline to get it done. We will be willing to be early adopters to help accelerate this.
Alternatively: Update the support page to reflect that SAML support is not going to be provided. We will then move forward with manually creating 180+ user accounts.
Either way, I highly encourage Bluebeam to COMMIT to a course of action.
