Please add subfolders for documents within sessions
Please add folders within sessions for document organization. This will make navigating to the documents within a session cleaner and easier as documents within a session can add up and be cumbersome to have to search through to find what the user is trying to open. This feature would be greatly appreciated by all. Thank you

Do you know of an integration between Bluebeam and Procore that allows Bluebeam to mark up plans and sync to Procore?

YES!
Especially with Text, the callout shapes leave soi much "white space". I would love the ability to adjust the callouts shape to best fit the context.

Yes, it would be great if we could
- export the bookmarks as a .CSV file,
- edit the .CSV file in Excel,
- import edited bookmarks.

Re: Update on Bluebeam for Mobile - Spring 2025
It is going to be really important to have users be able to have their own markups / measurements without having to save the entire file back to the cloud. That has been the issue with the original app as people have to check the drawings in and out. The size of the files we all deal with can make the system unusable/unstable and causes people to save locally. Ideally, we would have our own layers and / or be able to share what we want to share without having to save the entire file. Yes, we can use sessions but there are many issues with that as well. Drawings are ever changing and sessions has too many limitations with that regard. Solving this speed issue will be critical and from what we see right now Bluebeam has a lot of work to do.

Love the idea of giving your collaborators a custom toolbox. We have been sending a sort of legend for them to select/set as default, or select/add to toolbox. Your approach would take those steps away and make it easier to markup.

Angela. The help menu is one of my favorite tools in all of Revu. If there was just one thing I'd like to see done though, it would be to include the current keyboard shortcut for the tools/commands search results.
I have started doing a weekly Bluebeam meeting at my company, where I go over all different aspects of Bluebeam. While screensharing, every time someone asks a question, I go to the help menu and find the resource to answer the question there. That way they know where my information is coming from and hopefully they'll see how easy it is to find the information for themselves.
I can only imagine how daunting this software would be without it.
