I followed your steps in the discription above and it works just fine. I would like to take it a step further though.

The reason I want to do this is to overlap to another pdf (drawing) to se if there is any differences between them. This does'nt work when my new mirrored pdf is blank when i go to Document> Overlap pages. (se attatchements)

Is there any way to fix this?

Also, just to be sure. Is "Flatten" the command with the weight? I have a Swedish version of BB Revu so I have a bit of language issuses.

You can find tech support in the app. Go to Help > Technical Support. Then you can search for your issue or go to the bottom of the page and select 'Submit a Ticket'.

I've always been pleased with Bluebeam's Support team. Maybe someone else will swoop in with an answer, but this is the best I an offer with my experience. lol

Wanna make sure I understand. You made a formula-type custom column called "Qty". You want the expression to reference an existing column to get the quantity automatically added?

Obviously, you can customize to your liking, but with this setup I clicked 'OK', and tested it out with no issues. Is this what you've done aleady?
