Re: Bluebeam, please become FedRAMP authorized
I've been asking for this for quite some time, working to increase efficiency in my agency using Bluebeam Revu for our engineering and construction projects (DOE). We are currently using Bluebeam for our unclassified projects, but this is a small piece of the whole pie, and having different workflows is tedious and makes it difficult for folks to adopt.
If Bluebeam made a point to get FedRAMP authorization they would be undeniably the best option to help streamline federally funded AEC projects across numerous federal agencies.

Yes, this is especially important when sharing files. I encountered the same issue with a riser diagram I created without a scale, I mistakenly added a scale to it and now have no way of removing it.

BTW, you suggestion is a simple but effective workaround, Thank You, it helps avoid the tedious directory tree climbing & descending.

The workaround I have found is to copy-and-paste the other user's markup (can be in the same document). The copy is now your markup, so you can copy, edit, etc., the text as you like.
Re: How to print markups outside the document area
Adding a GET WINDOW function to the page setting menu might be the best suggestion to the BB Dev's. I kept thinking of that function on this thread but remember it is an Autodesk thing and probably more software that others work with.
Closing BB Session as administrator
Hi, I would like to know if there is any way to close BB sessions made by other user inside my compagny ? By default, when creating session, the permission of session are very limited and closing is possible only by the person who create the session. Thus, is that person quit the company, it should be a way, by the administrator to manage the sessions created by an employe. It is very important when archiving the project.
