Re: Spaces colors to show up on other PDF documents
Not sure this is what you're looking for, but you can use the Print dialog and check the box for Include Spaces. This will print a new PDF file where the areas you assigned a space to will come out as a shaded area. These don't include any informational data though. Just a shaded region where the space was defined. This should be viewable in any PDF software.

I mark up and comment power engineering drawings: physical, protection, and control. There's no comparison to any other program.
I'll try to make it out to Dallas for the event, but an event during the week kind of make it difficult to pull away.

Re: Bluebeam future major releases timeframe?
Hi Tom!
We're continually developing and improving Revu, and we're releasing updates on a quarterly schedule. Revu 21 is the major version that's part of our Bluebeam Plans, and we will continue releasing updates for it every 3 months roughly. Each update will introduce new features, include enhancements to existing features, and provide bug fixes for issues affecting our users.

👆️This, this is why I started learning shortcuts. Even though my tool bars were easy to navigate, the extra time to move my mouse back and forth can add up after a while, especially on larger monitors.

@Duane Gingras Hmm, it looks like you're using desktop for exporting markup. Apologies if I posted in the wrong area, but I'm using the Punch list items feature on Bluebeam Cloud at app.bluebeam.com.
