Re: Report of Users Activity/Non Activity
I strongly endorse Marion's request. The current licence manage process is administratively highly inefficient and falls below what other vendor licencing portals provide
Re: Leave Bluebeam Cloud Alone?
@shawn thanks for the assistance. We are familiar with using Revu on the desktop computer for punch list but I cannot find a way to add these punch items on an iphone (or preferable android device).
We can only figure out how to add punch items on the desktop version of revu which of course is not very useful in the field.
Is this a studio update on mobile that is planned in the next few weeks, or is there a way to leave cloud operating until studio can replicate the features?

Re: Bluebeam Cloud needs to stay
Hi @agalatioto
My apologies—you are correct. If you lose your connection, the drawing does close and becomes inaccessible until your connection is restored.
While we are storing data you create on the device, we understand this limitation and are actively working on a solution. The "dropped connection" change will be rolled out in one of our next upcoming versions to improve your experience in the field.
I’ve also edited my previous response to avoid any confusion.
Please feel free to reach out with any other concerns or issues. Thanks!
Shawn
Re: How are YOU using Bluebeam as an engineer?!
We use Bluebeam Revu for many different functions, including:
a. Document Management
b. Markup and QAQC
c. Collaboration
d. Some QTO (Quantity Take Off)
We heavily rely on Studio Sessions for deep team collaboration and quality control reviews. Best part of that is we are all on the same page saving Time and 💲! There are so many features in Bluebeam Revu that people need to discover and use!
Re: Ability to Move Navigation Bar to Top
Luke,
Thanks for the idea!
This is a solid work around. In the Adobe interface, Page Navigation is below file names, but at least the custom toolbar idea puts it in the right area.
Re: Ability to Move Navigation Bar to Top
Here's the easiest way I know of…
Right-Click in the top menu area and select "Customize…" from the pulldown menu.
Then…
1) Add a new toolbar and name it (I chose toolbar top)
2) Select the Navigation category
3) Add each tool you want to include.
Note that when I did this, the page number disappeared from the bottom navigation. Weird.
"Go To Page" Shortcut
Is there a way to initiate a dialogue box to navigate pages? The reason I ask is using Adobe I have a macro assigned to ctrl+shift+n (dialogue box seen below) which opens a "Go To Page" window in Adobe. From there I can simply input the numbers on my num pad and off I go, no mouse movement needed.
I have considered making a macro that moves my mouse then click in to the nav bar in Bluebeam to do functionally the same thing, but the razer software I use for that is a little janky with multiple monitor setups and would also require I always have Revu on the same monitor.
Having a shortcut to type in a page number is a handy function for the kind of documents I browse at work. There's a lot of page hopping and not needing to double click into windows, and hit backspace is a convenient time save.
Ideally I'm looking for a keyboard shortcut/keybind for this function when I am in Revu, however I am open to any ideas for a work around in Revu that would offer a similar functionality.
Re: full use of tools....??
George,
If you purchased the software a couple years ago, that was probably Revu 20. This is a perpetual license that is tied to the device it was initally registered to. It will only be viable to run on that particular device. You can however unregister that laptop license, and then reregister to the desktop and vice versa to move the license around. you'll need your serial number and product key to be able to move the license around. This is one of the benefits of Revu 21 since the license is tied to your credentials and not a device. Meaning it can float with you as you need access across different platforms. If you are current on Revu 21, as mentioned earlier, be sure you're logged in by clicking the email on the top right corner of the software.
Re: Auto Save
@Luke Shiras I agree with these, there are times where you go to shutdown your computer and Bluebeam is in the background and that wipes all save data. @Alan A. It's nice that the pop-up shows up but the autosave would cover you for the times that there is a computer shut down where you forgot to save or an automatic update as others have mentioned.
Re: full use of tools....??
George, this happens frequently on Revu 21 when people don't sign in to the software. Open Revu and look at the top right corner. If it says SIGN IN, go ahead and log in with you account. If it shows your name, click that, choose sign out, then sign back in.
When you click on your name in the top right corner, it should show your account name and list which type of license you have. The license may vary slightly depending on which version of Bluebeam you have installed. For Revu 21, the 3 license types are called: Basics, Core, and Complete.
