Re: 📣 COMMENT TO CLAIM AN AMAZON GIFT CARD!
Name: Akhil Kundu. I am Tekla Software Leader and Tekla Poweruser of the Canam Detailing team here in Canam Kolkata Inc. I have been using Bluebeam since 2015 & it made life so easy. Because of Bluebeam we can now proudly say "Go green Go Paperless".
My go-to Bluebeam feature is: I love the tool Overlay Pages and Compared documents and then combine the results by Export Markups from the Compared document file (the cloud marks mainly) and then import them (the .bax files) in my Overlay drawing. It is so helpful to work with change orders and revisions with this tool because the clouds help to find changes easily ( so we do not miss any) and the very tiny changes are already visible for the Overlay also (Which we can not get only in Compared doc by cloud).

Re: 🗓️ September 2024 Challenge – Seal of Approval!
When we review our documents we use a stamp with JAVA code that timestamps the addition and prompts for Project number to indicate that these files are approved. When we assign permits we use the comment log to track signatures added by users, our users create stamps with their signatures to apply. Our document management team then locks the files before logging them in our EDMS repository.

Awesome, congratulations @Matt! I love your Tool Chest Challenge contribution!
Re: match filter in batch compare documents
Hey Jon, one idea might be to select the "Manual Correlation" option within the Match Pages dropdown. When it is trying to match the pages, or even the Page Labels, it is looking for them to match and with those numbers being a sequentially generated number, I'm not sure if it will match for you, unless the Page Labels (within Thumbnails) are the same, manual might be the only option, at least that I can see. With manual, you select which pages should be the match and then Revu will compare them. Hope this helps a little.
If anyone else has a thought, please let Jon know.

Re: Layers, Configurations and Exporting
I don't think there is an automated way, but you can set your layer state, then right-click in the Thumbnails Panel > Export Pages > PowerPoint. Going through that for each layer state.. tedious, but better than a question left with no answer. 😁
Re: Auto Save
I can see that being a potential issue for some people. Instead of making autosave standard, maybe offer to have the option within the settings and have it specified that UNDOs may be deleted as the autosave cycles through.
In my opinion I would rather the autosave over the undo functionality, typically if I undo something it is almost immediately after what I just did, I don't think I have had to undo more than 2-3 times in a row.
But this is my experience, and everyone else's may vary
