Re: unhide mark-ups
You can also right click on any existing panel icon the go to Show and it will list the menu of all the panels. If one doesn't have the blue shading behind it, that one is not currently displayed.

Here's a quick article from Bluebeam support about a similar issue.
Also seen some file opening challenges when the file path is very long, which will include the file name in the length. Just for testing, copy the file to your C drive and see if that has a similar issue.

Going through this program has been extremely helpful. It's not all about Bluebeam, you'll learn other instructional guidance and tricks that'll help in every subject. I highly recommend it!

Re: Pan works differently
This is usually Single page vs. Multi page navigation. Down in your bottom left you should see these buttons. Single page will zoom, multi-page will scroll.
