Re: 🗓️ June 2025 Challenge - Revu Remix!
I was once getting a spam email that was written in Russian, and I couldn't figure out where the Unsubscribe link was… then I remembered that Revu has a Translate Markups feature.
I printed the the email to PDF, ran the Translate Markups function and was able to find the Unsubscribe link.
I've used this feature twice, once for this and once for translating a set of plans that was written in Mandarin.
It's not one of those features you use everyday, but its handy to have.
Re: Align to Segment
I can see how the offset would be useful.
For now, how about showing the Width and Height in the caption in the middle of the drawn rectangle instead of having the dimensions aroundthe perimeter.
Re: 🗓️ June 2025 Challenge - Revu Remix!
I finally have one as of a couple days ago— I used Revu to mark up some PDF sheet music! 🎼 Sometimes I like to make revisions to arrangements or highlight areas of interest. It's really nice to be able to remove annotations when I don't need them anymore, too, and it looks a lot better than scribbles.

Re: Quick and Easy Page Extraction From Thumbnails View
Wanting to 2nd this from the author. The functionality from a drag and drop export (Not into a 2nd Revu instance) is a huge time saver in general.
Example: I need to export specific pages and instead of going through and selecting what file I want to export everything into I can select my pages and drag and drop them into my file explorer. Having to navigate over and over every time to multiple drives every time I need to export gets tedious.
Re: Admin to manage ownership & permissions
Not that I'm aware of currently, but supposedly the new Org Admin (Prime replacement) will have new features and functions that could potentially do this. This new platform should be coming out really soon. One other post on here said June 30th, but I haven't seen anything official from Bluebeam or what the cost will be.

Re: Markup Status Settings - Drastic UI Improvements needed
YES! I do not think you are missing anything. Same problem in our office with these markup workflows.
Re: Adjusting Properties in Bulk on Forms
We create fillable forms as well and many times we are labeling the form to reference some data. It would be nice to be able to copy that information as well instead of having to type it in every time.
Happy Father's Day!
Happy Father's Day! Did you know the first Father's Day was held on June 19, 1910 in the U.S.? Since then, we've been celebrating fathers/father figures, around the world on the third Sunday of June.
What’s the best advice your dad, father figure, or mentor gave you? Is there a piece of advice that you use every day at work? Tell us down below!

Re: 'Fill color' as filter on markups list
This may not work for you but, there is a trick to making your info more useful when exporting and using the data in Excel.
Instead of looking at the line colours - use the text colours. Basically, once the markup list is exported the text colour that is shown in the markup list is shown as the RGB code in the CSV.
Black is #000000.
In Bluebeam you can add new colours by changing the RGB code for the text e.g. #000001, #000002, etc.. You won't notice any difference in the colour on the screen but, once you export you have something by which you can start filtering.
