Re: Is there a way to reorder form fields?
I actually figured it out by digging through the help menu!
Leaving this here if anyone else was stumped like me…
Re: Numbered Lists and Bulleted List
For manual Lists, what I've done when I needed a List is:
- Create a Text Box
- Use Keyboard code
Alt + 0149to create the bullets for the Unordered List - Use numbers & periods for the Ordered List
- Add a few items
- Right-click the Text Box and Add it to my Tool Chest
I can then just click on it later and add a Text Box template to whatever page I want.

The last image is showing my attempt to right click the tool and get the drop down menu to duplicate.
Re: Predefined view of markup list
Hello, Lee.
Yes, you can save predefined views of the markup list in Bluebeam Revu, but with some specifics:
You can save custom filters that will preserve your filtering criteria for future use. After setting up your filter configuration (including the one that dims completed markups), you can save it by clicking the "Save Filter" option and giving it a name for easy identification.
To save a filter set: Configure your desired filter using either standard or custom column filters, click the "Saved Filters" icon on the Markups list toolbar, enter a name for the filter set, and click "Save Filter". The saved filter will then be listed in the Saved Filters menu for future use.
See Link Markups List Filters
However, there are some limitations:
- Search filters cannot be saved, only standard and custom column filters
- Custom column filters can only be used on PDFs that have the same custom column (name and type must match)
So while you can't save a complete "view" that includes column arrangements and sorting preferences, you can definitely save your filtering setup for your "revise and resubmit" workflow, which sounds like it addresses your main need.

Re: 📢 What's New: Revu 21.6 (Updated)
Ever since updating i am experiencing a problem with the Length measurement markup tool. It will retain all my "set as default" settings other than the Font Size & text color. It can be adjusted after the mark up is produced, but when I click set as default the font defaults to size 12 and the same color as the markup line. This is a bit of an inconvenience and makes congested take offs even more congested unless I manually change it every single time.
Do you have any solutions?
Re: 📢 What's New: Revu 21.6 (Updated)
I am experiencing an extremely aggravating problem, which only started happening after updating to v21.6. Quite often, no matter how carefully I do it, the instant I click on a tool in the tool chest, the whole tool chest side panel will jump as if I had scrolled the mouse wheel, which causes the tool that I clicked on to move to a different location relative to all of the other tools within the set, and sometimes even causing it to move from its original tool set into an entirely different set.
Wondering if anyone else is seeing this behavior. Not sure if it is a bug in this latest version Bluebeam, or if it is possibly a problem with my mouse or PC that just coincidentally started at about the same time I installed the BB update.

Re: Spaces Rotating
Thanks for the thought…
You're right, I did try this. When I rotate the page, the space moves with it.
Cannot find a way to rotate the space individually.
