Hi all,

We believe this is related to an issue introduced in Citrix Workspace v2503.1. Citrix shipped a patch last week in v2503.2 that resolved the issue. See Citrix release notes here: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-workspace-app-for-windows/whats-new#whats-new-in-240512

However, if you find you are either not on Citrix or are on v2503.2 or later and still experiencing the issue, please drop a line to support@bluebeam.com and we'll dig in further.

Hi all,

Thank you for the posts. We are currently targeting the Q3 release in September of Revu 21.7 to support ProjectWise 2024. This is relatively new information and have been working closely with Bentley to make this happen. I'll update this thread as we get closer to release.

I agree. Bluebeam needs to do more to separate Canada from the US.
Proximity is one thing, but we are two different countries.

This would go a long way in establishing a presence in Canada.

Re: Unable to sign in with my employer's subscription

Try simply signing out (click on your email address in the top right-hand corner to see the button) within Revu and signing back in again. Go back to your email address to see what type of license is assigned to you now. If it's "none" or "unassigned", then you don't have access to the company license, and you should inquire with your employer.
