Re: Unable to sign in with my employer's subscription
Try simply signing out (click on your email address in the top right-hand corner to see the button) within Revu and signing back in again. Go back to your email address to see what type of license is assigned to you now. If it's "none" or "unassigned", then you don't have access to the company license, and you should inquire with your employer.

Re: What feature/tool could you talk about for hours?
I agree that using custom statuses is a wonderful tool. Getting people to remember to add them to the pdf before posting files to a session is next to impossible though. Bluebeam Devs really need to allow the Session owners to control this universally for all docs in a session.
Sequence tools NOT resuming counts?
I do an absurd amount of take offs, and count all day long.
I LOVE being able to leave a sequence, and resume it after looking at another page.
This doesnt work anymore? Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Shaya, ours started working about 30 mins after I emailed support. I haven't received a response on my ticket from them but it is working. Not sure if that had some influence on it getting sorted out or not. Sorry to hear about your pain though.
Re: Callout arrow line thickness resize without adding line around textbox
Agree, Pat! Until the feature enhancement wish is granted, we got around this by creating our own standard "callout" markup. The thickness can then be edited independent from the text with a Ctrl+Alt select. This way, you still have the property modification control desired without separating the arrow from text. This prevents the drawbacks described. Yes, it's just a "workaround", but perhaps a better one than what others may be using to get around the issue you outlined :)
