Option For Not Suppressing Zero In Dimensions With Fractions

When we plot our pdf's, sometimes the dimensions can get mistaken or seem confusing because the zero is suppressed if there is a measurement that has a fraction but not an inch. Would be handy to have the ability to turn this on or off.
