Spaces
I have a AutoCAD drawing of our LAB Layout. I use this to create a PDF Called LAB MAP to show the areas and who they belong to. I created a SPACE for each different LAB area and saved the PDF. Each area has it's own Color to show who has what space. Now I made changes to the Org AutoCAD drawing and saved a NEW PDF Map. How can I bring over the Spaces from one PDF to another? I do not want to go thru and re-make all the spaces over again.

RIght click the thumbnail of the page and choose "Replace Pages" Select the new updated PDF. Be sure though to check the box of Replace Page Content Only. This will swap out the PDF data and leave any markups (including spaces) behind.

Thank you this worked great. I did a Cut & Paste of the existing spaces into the new PDF however this was way faster and easier. Thanks again!
