I went and created a dozen Dynamic fills, but I needed to go back and adjust a couple of them at the end. How do I edit the fills after they have been created?

As far as I know, If you need to modify the actual shape or size of the fill, you will need to reapply the Dynamic Fill. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to reshape an existing dynamic fill; instead, you will delete the existing fill and create a new one.
