We use this feature in Outlook since a long time with Acrobat and now, more employee use Bluebeam and no more Acrobat. But in Bluebeam this feature is not available and it's very a great tool for managing project emails on our network. This tool combine all the emails form a specific folders from Outlook and create a document in our Network. We can securely save important messages from a project and also search within the same file. What's more, this application lets you program the frequency at which you want automatic backup to take place. So you don't have to think about it anymore. See the reference on the Adobe site and the attached file for explanations.
