What is the best way to share .pdf's containing Actions with relative paths without them breaking?
I use notes to create RFI's that I can export as a .csv from multiple documents that generate a .xlsx spreadsheet that has column headers of, Subject (RFI, Clarifications, Exclusions) / Page Label / Comments / File Name / With a column that I create titled "Answers, Directives, and Acknowledgements ↓" all using the nomenclature that is already present in the bid documents. This way the reader is shown the (question / clarification & exclusion) as well as where to find it in the bid documents and has a separate column to input their answers.
Often I give these notes an action that takes the reader to another location for more information to describe what I am looking to understand. In some cases it goes deep and there are several actions that I put in succession with a simple Typewritten Text saying BACK→ with an action going back to the point of origination that the previous action.
My issue is finding a way to share a folder of documents where the relative path actions are not broken. What is the best way to do that?

Can you add a second file name column in your table and use the hyperlink formula which references the initial column?

You Can do anything in REVU®.
Are you asking if you can put a link in the S.S. that will take you to the location on the .pdf?

I'm saying that if you want to open the relevant drawing from the spreadsheet then you can add a couple of formulas to create a hyperlink. But I'm now not sure if that is what you are looking to do?

Not everyone used Studio® that I interact with but if they download the viewer the Links and actions should work.
Any insight into this would be helpful.
