I use Bluebeam Cloud exclusively; anyone else?

Not yet. But with the new enhancements we might consider moving over. The main item holding us back is we are still waiting to find why our custom tools did not come over and how would users access it if they do not have a 2021 license.

Hi Bob, Jorge and the Nor Cal Bug group,
Glad to hear there's conversation about Bluebeam Cloud. As you are most likely aware, we are in a transitionary period in which Studio Session and Studio Projects will be come the main focus of our Web, iOS and Android apps. The intention behind this is to provide a clear connection point between Revu, Studio, web, iOS and Android.
In regards to the Tool Chest and toolsets, we are in the midst of a significant initiative in which tool sets will be synchronized from Revu to web and mobile. You can expect to see this begin to be rolled out in early 2025. This will also include bringing a Tool Chest to iOS and Android.
Feel free to post any questions or feedback and I'd be happy to respond.

Love that answer. Thanks @Luke Prescott . Another question, I was testing on the browser on my Samsung tablet and phone and I had issues panning the files. Also will there be support for stylus on both platforms for Android?

Jorge, in regards to mobile browsers, for a number of technical reasons, we are directing users to the native mobile apps for an improved experience. Granted, there is more functionality today on web than the native Android app, but we are adding functionality on a regular basis to the native apps with expectations that those platforms will accomplish the tasks mobile users expect.
We currently have stylus support for the Bluebeam Android app. If it isn't working as expected, post back here with more details and we can work with some of our mobile team to determine what might be happening.
Thanks for your feedback and use of our mobile tech. We have much more to do but we are confident in the roadmap and the incremental value that is being unlocked on a regular basis.

I just tested the Bluebeam Cloud app, as it is the only one available on android, on my tablet and it is very bare bones as of now. Stylus is supported, but not as intuitively as it is by the tablet OS.
Would love to see some of the below on the app:
- Have the app understand that I have a stylus and allow me to pan / zoom with my fingers while having a tool selected.
- Ability to see the invited attendee list as well.
- Better file management functionality when looking for the documents in the session, instead of having to close the current document.
- Bring over the functionality of sessions that I have Joined / not Joined. This was a HUGE update for us because some users were missing session invites before this.
- Allow the application to be run in either portrait or landscape mode. It currently does not rotate with the screen and forces Portrait mode for me.

Thanks for this list, Jorge! I've passed this along to Shawn, our PM for mobile.

@Jorge Contreras, thank you for your valuable feedback! I've shared your suggestions with our team, and here are some updates:
- Stylus gestures: While we support basic stylus functionality, we understand the importance of enabling panning and zooming with fingers while a tool is selected. This is something we plan to improve as we roll out more markup capabilities in the near future.
- Viewing invited attendees: Currently, we only show active attendees in Sessions, but your suggestion to display the full invited list is helpful, and I’ve passed this along to the team for consideration.
- File management in Sessions: If I understand correctly, you'd like to open other files without closing the current one. I agree that faster file navigation would improve efficiency. We're focusing on improving file access and making files offline-ready, with easier folder navigation. If my understanding is off, feel free to respond with any additional details.
- Joined/Unjoined Sessions: Mobile users can see all of their Sessions, joined or unjoined, without needing to accept an invite first.
- Portrait and landscape mode: We prioritized the portrait layout across all devices as a starting point, but we understand the importance of landscape mode on tablets. We're looking into how to reintroduce this flexibility in future updates.
We truly appreciate your feedback and would love to hear any other details or questions you have as we roll out these updates later this year!

We have dabbled in Bluebeam Cloud, but like others, need custom tools and statuses to work before we can seriously consider it a contender to desktop Revu, so great to hear things are underway!
