Touchscreen Input for BB in the cloud
My company is heavily invested in the Microsoft Surface ecosystem, including the Surface Hub. One of these hubs pushes $30k, so these are serious investments. We do not want to have individual users log into BB on the hub creating a bunch of data bloat. The browser version of BB seems like a great solution, however I just discovered that while we can interact with the UI for all the side menus, we cannot actually use any of the markup tools with touch. It has to be mouse input. I just tried this on my main machine (Surface Studio 2) and the same results. Does the web just not work with touch input for markups? I can open a PDF in the browser with the default browser PDF app and it can markup the docs. Can someone tell me if this is a known issue?
