cannot reorder pages in thumbnails

Does anyone know why I can suddenly no longer reorder pages in thumbnails? I'm hoping that someone has found a solution to this issue. Bluebeam support can't seem to address this question in a timely fashion due to an overload of tech support questions.

    It appears to be a global issue as page reordering no longer will work for even for newly created files. I'm hoping that it is simply a switch that I might have stumbled upon that can be reversed.

    Hi @steveatasg - what happens when you click and drag a thumbnail/page in the Thumbnails Panel?

    Ryan….Thank you for responding. To answer your question, the cursor changes to a red circle with a line through it.

    I might check Document Security (CTRL + L). I changed permissions on a test doc and restricted document changes.

    I went back to the Thumbnails Panel and I was not able to reorder my pages. I saw the icon that you did.

    I looked in Doc Security and it confirms that Changing the Document is Allowed.

    Thanks for checking that! A digital signature also prevents me from reordering. Could that be the case?

    I find that I'm able to drag and drop pages from external PDF's into thumbnails, as well as cut and paste pages, but I'm no longer are able to move pages around using drag and drop. I hope this additional information helps.
