Batch Resizing PDFs, in both portrait and landscape

I was recently tasked with resizing thousands of PDFs. I can batch-resize them, but some are portrait and some are landscape. There ought to be a feature where multiple PDFs can be selected and all changed to portrait or all changed to landscape. Or, some sort of way to resize the portrait ones in portrait mode and the landscape ones in landscape mode, without cutting off the opposite orientation. Even if there were a way when selecting the files in batch plot to have the dropdown select all landscape (or all portrait) pages for every pdf instead of selecting the dropdown individually for each file. And if some files have no landscape pages or no portrait pages, it would simply leave them as-is instead of resizing them, and resize the rest.
I hope this makes sense.
