Text format changes in Procore
One of my colleagues uploaded some specifications to the contractor's Procore session and when they downloaded it, the font wasn't right. I'm not sure what to check other than maybe there isn't a compatible font on the contractor's end. Any ideas?
Sorry about the poor "screen capture" it's what they sent me.

Assuming this was not a PDF document at upload? Could you ask the OP to re-upload PDF if so? I'd be surprised if this happened with a PDF…
I would be willing to bet that Masterworks was involved at some point in the file history. That spec editing software (and any overlay formatted Microsoft Word files) has been notorious for "format grenades" that blow a document's formatting and structure up with certain iterations.

The file would go from Word → Bluebeam → Procore. We've never used MasterSpecs or any other spec writing software. My gut still tells me it's an incompatible font so I'm tracking that down.
