I don't know if this is even possible
I am trying to streamline our processes and it deals with DMV forms and every states forms are different layouts. So what I am trying to figure out is if in Revu I can make a form where I fill out on a master sheet fields like plate number, model, make, year, so on. Taking that information it then fills in the following pages needing said information just in different locations on each page.

Yes absolutely you can do this.
I suggest you create and format the fields on the master sheet, then copy the field to the position on subsequent pages where you need them to be. When you paste the field, it it will be given a different field name. Double click on the field name and make it identical to the original field, this will then display the same information in all locations (see example below).
Use the Bluebeam help function search for "Form Fields" and there is easy to follow instructions on the different types of form fields and how to use them.
