Cut and Fill

It would be super nice if there was a module or add-on to be able to do cut / fill of civil sites.

Basically you would need to assign a "Z" value for contour lines and spot elevations for proposed and existing then a comparison of the two surfaces giving a delta for filling the site or cutting the site.
