Import Bookmarks

There's currently an option to export bookmarks from a PDF file. But it would be helpful to have the ability to import bookmarks too.

This would be helpful when reviewing an overlay of 2 or more files because the bookmarks are not saved in the newly created overlay file. It would create consistency when reviewing and efficiency to be able to jump to a certain section. And some of the these reports/plans are hundreds of pages so doing to manually would not be worth the time/effort it would take.
